Peninsula Excelsior Hotel is located in central Singapore, a 5-minute drive from Marina Bay Sands. The hotel offers 2 outdoor pools, a restaurant and elegant rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows.

Featuring a Zen inspired decor, rooms at the Peninsula tower and the Excelsior tower feature the homely comforts of wooden furnishings. Rooms have views of the Esplanade and Singapore River. Amenities include a safety deposit box, free WiFi and minibar. Slippers are provided in rooms. En suite bathroom provides free toiletries including toothpaste and toothbrush.

Guests can approach the 24-hour front desk for currency exchange, tour arrangements and concierge services. The hotel also offers a business centre. Alternatively, guests can work out at the fully-equipped gym or relax by the outdoor hot tub. Staff can assist guests in languages such as English, Malay and Chinese.

Great hotel. Excellent location.

Great location close to MRT Easy walk to China Town Room was spacious & clean. Ensuite was clean & well serviced with clean towels daily. Hotel is currently undergoing major renovations so I expect bathrooms etc will be updated. Our stay was not impacted by the renovations despite being advised work would be being completed & there may be more noise than usual.

Spacious rooms, very convenient location

Beds and pillows were not very comfortable, onsite restaurant was average and lounge closed earlier than advertised.

I like the hotel and will continue to stay there.

We have stayed at this hotel on at 5 occasions. We like the location to things we enjoy doing in Singapore. It's not a hard walk to anywhere. Love the shopping mall right across the street.

The only complaint I have is that every time we stay we are facing the Marina Bay but this time we were at the back of the building and it was as pleasant.

Great location, friendly staff, good price, but interior need some rejuvenation.

The location is very close to MRT stations and easily accessed by other public transport. There are many shops, restaurants, and cafes/bar around so it's quite convenient. The staff were also very friendly and helpful! The room itself was just okay, great view of Marina Bay if you stay in the room facing there. Lastly, the wifi was also extremely fast >100Mbps - perfect if you're planning to work or do zoom calls from the hotel room.

The hotel could use some serious upgrades as the furnitures, bed, bathroom are looking outdated by at least 25 years. The location of this hotel is amazing, and they could've made this hotel so so much better just by upgrading its interior.

Everything. The reception by the staff was very warm. Smiles everywhere. The hotel was clean and close to a variety of shops. We got upgraded to a suite due to a slight mix up. The view was fantastic. I had large windows iveooking marina bay sands hotel in one side and all the tall buildings of the financial district in the other hand. Would definitely go back.

Checking was a bit slow. But everything else - the staff, upgrade, fantastic view and cleanliness more than made up for that

Room was so large and spacious! Great central location with so many shops and dining areas nearby. Lobby area looks so classy and was comfortable.

Check in duration was horrendous. 45 mins to check into the room and 35 minutes to check out. Staff were very slow during check-in but short staffed during check-out. Also, took ages for the water to heat up when the shower is turned on - about a 15 minute wait. As a result, ended up having cold showers several times to avoid wasting water.

I was happy that staff helped for early check in as flights within Asia and from Infia arrive by 5.40 am. So waiting until 1400 hrs for check in is tiring.

Great location, handy for Clarke and Boat Quay. Raffles and Chijmes a five minute walk.

Long wait at reception, staffing challenges are affecting many businesses right now and this is no exception. Housekeeping was inconsistent, furniture not dusted for days. Bathrooms very dated with a very broad step over in to the bath for the shower. They should remove the baths and replace with shower cubicles.

A perfect located hotel, old style, nice renovated. With the view you want in Singapore!

The stunning view from our club room as well from the Sky lounge. Early check in and late check out.

The small wardrobe- no space for long dress or costume. The security box is enormous big! The breakfast at Sky lounge wasn’t warm even we were there 7.00. The croissants and bread was hard and dry!!

A hidden gem.

This place was amazing, great location near a lot of food and dinner options. Service was great, I was also upgraded to a better room. The thing that take the cake is the view from the top of hotel which is amazing, all the city towers, MBS and the bay as well.

The bed was a little hard for me
